The River Falls Rotary Club is seeking families to host a 15-year-old girl from Spain for the 2024-2025 school year. Could your family provide a friendly, caring home for a period of 14 weeks? Hosting an exchange student brings the world to your home and creates lifelong memories and friendships.
The expectations are simple, and the experience is remarkable! Host families are expected to provide the student with meals while at home and a caring home environment. The local Rotary club pays for lunches at school and class or activity fees. The club also provides a monthly allowance and cell phone for the student and helps transport the student to Rotary sponsored events. The student does not need to have their own room but must have their own bed.
Rotary requires host families to complete a short online application form, provide two references, agree to a background check, and complete an online orientation. Rotary provides the exchange student and host family with ongoing support.
