Discovering Together Tuesday will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 9. Fascinating Loons with Stan Tekiela: Loons have fascinated people for thousands of years and Stan has spent over 20 years studying and photographing loons. And so much more. Stan Tekeila is a naturalist, wildlife photographer, and writer/author. For over 40 years he has studied and photographed wildlife all over the United States. He is also a well known columnist and radio personality.

She will talk brain health basics, such as research on cognitive decline, fitness/brain health correlation and five lifestyle habits for a healthy brain. CJ will bring her Tanita computer to read our personal body composition readings. We will also do some group exercise to help maintain balance and strength.

Katrina will be providing Foot Care for a fee on Monday, July 22 and Tuesday, July 23 (six-week and eight-week schedule) beginning at 9 a.m. Please call the Ellsworth Senior Center at 715-273-5873 for more details and/or to make an appointment.
