A local business owner has embarked on a new business venture, one that has been noticed and highlighted by Yahoo Finance. Brianna Bucholz, founder of BB Benefit Group and Synergos360, has begun a partnership with PlanSource.

Synergos360 is a woman-owned technology company built to simplify benefits administration and reduce stress for business owners and employees, serving the entire country. According to its website, it combines industry-leading software and a full suite of professional services to provide companies with a complete solution for benefits shopping, enrollment, billing, compliance and administration.

PlanSource is a technology company that automates and simplifies every aspect of employee benefit programs, so employees and HR teams can make smarter, more confident benefits decisions.

“Through this new partnership, Synergos360 will offer PlanSource to clients seeking a highly configurable benefits engagement platform bundled with products and services,” the new release states.

Bucholz began her career in insurance with Aflac in March 2015 in Red Wing, Minn.

“She quickly found her niche in Employee Benefits and has spent the last several years refining her benefits knowledge,” the news release states. “Her commitment to creating an exceptional client experience, and the transformative potential of technology and AI led her to establish Synergos360. She chose PlanSource because of the strides in technology, comprehensive solutions, scalability, focus on employee experience, data-driven insights, security measures, and valuable partnerships.”

Synergos360 will bring a complete, bundled solution to each client that includes an industry-leading benefits engagement platform, AI features for decision support and dependent verification, learning management tools and compliance offerings. This platform offers a harmonious solution that empowers growth by allowing its clients to streamline their benefits and enhance the employee experience effortlessly.

“I’m thrilled to offer PlanSource to our clients – the need for a well-rounded benefits engagement platform that includes communication tools is critical in today’s market,” said Bucholz. “The Source and the IQ Suite of products that PlanSource offers, coupled with our additional in-house HR services, will allow us to bring significant value to our clients.”

According to her website, Bucholz has helped more than 150 small businesses establish benefit packages that fit within their budgets, goals and long-term strategies. She enjoys listening to each small business’s needs and understanding their employees and situations.

Outside of work, this rural Spring Valley resident enjoys anything to do with the equine industry, whether that’s showing, breeding, buying, training or selling horses.
