RIVER FALLS – River Falls Police Department recently welcomed four new officers to its ranks.
AdamAmaro recently moved to Wisconsin from Massachusetts, where he was a police officer for the last four years. Officer Amaro is working on his criminal justice degree at Southern New Hampshire University and is currently serving in the Air National Guard as the Squadron First Sergeant of the 143rd Security Forces Squadron. He is married with one child and enjoys sports, going to the gym, and spending time with his family. Collin Fluno, a native of Sun Prairie, Wis., recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a major in criminology and a minor in business administration. He has served as a reserve officer at River Falls Police Department for the past three years. Officer Fluno is currently attending Law Enforcement Academy at Chippewa Valley Technical College. He enjoys hunting and shooting sports. Paige Harlow graduated from Minnesota State University – Mankato in May 2020 with a bachelor›s degree in Law Enforcement. She has served as a dispatcher for the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office since September 2020. She is currently attending Law Enforcement Academy at Chippewa Valley Technical College. Officer Harlow and her fiancé enjoy spending time together with their cats and dogs.
She also enjoys gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Allison (Ally) Libor has been working in law enforcement since 2016. She served in the United States Army from 2016-2019, which included one deployment. Officer Libor attends college through Colorado State University and is specializing in Forensic Science. She moved from Alaska to Minnesota in March 2022. She has a daughter and a golden retriever. In her free time, Officer Libor enjoys hunting and fishing. She has a passion for working out and has competed in two body building competitions.
