The Prescott Community Club Student of the Week for Oct. 18 is sophomore Eliott Cook, nominated by math teacher Jenna Kadlec.
“Eliott demonstrates excellence in the classroom,” Kadlec said. “Eliott is always on task, willing to participate, helps others when needed and takes learning seriously. It is a pleasure to have Eliott in my Geometry classroom.”
Eliott’s parents are Scott & Amanda Cook. Eliott participates in the A Capella Choir, Dungeons & Dragons, school musical, National History Day and Ski & Snowboard Club at school.
She is also in 4-H, sings with the Angelica Cantanti Youth Choir, plays violin with GTCYS, volunteers at Luther Park Bible Camp and sings in the Minnesota and Wisconsin honors choirs. She enjoys crocheting, abstract art, skiing, traveling and choir. She plans to attend a four-year college to pursue a degree in music or education.
