Closed cases Korbin Lee Burke, 31, River Falls, was convicted of operating while revoked (alcohol related) and fined $443 July 5.

Joseph Matthew Ciotti,

26, Northwood, Iowa, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and fined $443 June 30. Domestic battery, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from incidents July 3, 2021 and Jan. 28.

Shawn Billy Goulette, 42, Hager City, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse) and fined $543 July 1. The charge stemmed from an April 8 incident.

Tyler Nicholas Ingel- Lasch, 25, Excelsior, Minn., was convicted of theft – movable property, ordered to pay $21.80 in restitution and fined $267 June 30. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a Nov. 26 incident.

Jordan Germaine Mc-Cray, 32, Saint Cloud, Minn., was sentenced to nine months in jail (44 days credit) and ordered to pay $518 in unpaid court costs at a July 1 probation revocation sentencing hearing. McCray had been convicted of felony manufacture/deliver cocaine and sentenced to probation on Oct. 31, 2016. The charges stemmed from March 26, 2015 incident.

Daniel Leroy Olson, 42, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), sentenced to one year of probation and fined $543 June 30. The charge resulted from a Jan. 24 incident.

Jeremy Alan Pretzer,

40, Spring Valley, was convicted of OWI-third July 1, sentenced to 45 days in jail, fined $1,744, and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device after a 24-month driver’s license revocation. Operating with PAC-third, ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install, violate court order and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 27, 2021 traffic stop.

Daniel Glen Reamer, 41, Maiden Rock, was convicted of felony drive or operate vehicle without consent (repeater), sentenced to eight months in jail and fined $518 June 30. A felony bail jumping (repeater) charge was dismissed. At a probation revocation sentencing hearing the same day, Reamer was sentenced to nine months in jail and ordered to pay $6,029.94 in restitution and unpaid court costs. Reamer had been convicted of criminal damage to property and felony possession of methamphetamine (repeater) Feb. 8. The charges resulted from incidents Aug. 1, 2021; Nov. 23, 2021 and May 6, 2022.

Robert Paul Romportl,

39, Mondovi, was convicted of theft – movable property, fined $443 and ordered to pay $77 in restitution July 1. The charge stemmed from a Nov. 21 incident.

Levi M. Stelzer, 31, Spring Valley, was sentenced to 32 days in jail (time served) and ordered to pay $443 in unpaid court costs at a June 30 probation revocation sentencing hearing. Stelzer had been convicted of disorderly conduct April 22. The charge resulted from a Nov. 14 incident.
