PRESCOTT – October 2024 is here, even though it feels like August! I hope you all enjoyed the October potluck. Remember this reoccurring event is always the first Tuesday of each month. Next month, Nov. 5, it is on election day so you can get out and vote and have a good meal! 
Coming activities:

Wednesday, Oct. 2: Cards Day 12:30-3:30 p.m. with Bridge, Euchre, 500 or game of your choice played.

Thursday, Oct. 3: Pickleball at 8:30 a.m. at either Lions Park on Elm Street or the Intermediate School gym, depending on the weather. The speaker at 1 p.m. will be Prescott Superintendent Dr. Rick Spicuzza, talking about the upcoming operating referendum vote on Nov 5, Election Day.

Friday, Oct. 4: Gathering Place is closed with Memory Café meeting 10-11:30 a.m. at First National Bank lower level conference room.

Tuesday, Oct. 8: Pickleball at 8:30 a.m. at either Lions Park on Elm Street or the Intermediate School gym, depending on the weather. Walking Group meets at 9 a.m. at the Gathering Place with route to be determined then. At 12:30 p.m., Craft Day begins with Carol Ireland. Come join us for a creative afternoon.

Wednesday, Oct. 9: Play cards today at 12:30 p.m. with Bridge, Euchre, 500 or game of your choice.
Prescott Senior Gathering Place is located at 1220 St. Croix St., Room G5 in the Prescott Middle School. All seniors age 55 and older are invited! No membership fees either! 
Come join us Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 12:30- 3:30 p.m. There are some morning activities also as advertised. See you soon!
