Pop’s Corn wagon made an appearance at Bacon Bash Sept. 22-23. A group of locals is raising money to restore the River Falls icon to its former glory. The truck, owned by Clarence “Pop” Armstrong and later by David Hegre, was fixture near Glen Park Pool in the summers.
