William Joseph Markert Jr., age 48 of River Falls died accidentally Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024 at his residence. A Mass of Christian Burial for William “Bill” Markert Jr., will be at noon Friday, Feb. 2, 2024, at St. Joseph Catholic Church: 269 Dakota St. S., Prescott, WI 54021. A visitation will be on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at the Old Ptacek’s Event Center: 1449 Orrin Road, Prescott, WI 54021. Interment will be private. Memorials will be used in accordance to the family wishes.
